Pat and Paul found out about my problem mid-afternoon yesterday and rushed to re-arrange schedules to help us with a bad compressor and coil. - Last evening, our air conditioner suddenly quit. We had an out-of-town guest that was just recently discharged from the hospital and needed a cool, comfortable night's rest. I called PMI and within an hour, one of the nicest, knowledgeable technicians arrived at my door. He quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it ASAP!! - This morning your technician was in my home for 4.5 hours. It is always an uncertainty who you will be inviting into your house.
